The Opening Keynote will be by one of the editors of the World Happiness Report, Dr Shun Wang. This will fall on 20th March 2020, coinciding with the release of the report itself, which ranks the happiness of countries worldwide. The concluding keynote on 21st March will be by Dr William Wan from the Singapore Kindness Movement reminding us of “The Forgotten Road to Happiness”.
There will be four Fireside Chats to stimulate deep discussion. One of the Fireside Chats features the Ambassadors from Embassy of Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden to Singapore where they will share insights on how the Nordic countries are the happiest in the world.
There are over 20 breakouts sessions exploring broad topics from nature to food to spirituality, and more. These sessions aim to inspire a shift from insight to action. Dasho Kinley Dorji from Bhutan will also share Bhutan’s Gross National Happiness and how that can be a vision for the world.
