According to Business Insider Singapore, 92% of working Singaporeans are stressed.

We’re living in a constant state of stress. Work demands. Toxic relationships. Financial worries. Social pressures. Smartphone notifications. Artificial light. Keeping up with the Joneses. These are just a few examples of modern life’s stress triggers.

It seems the stresses of the modern age aren’t leaving anytime soon. This constant state of stress drastically affects our physiology. Our mental health, physical health, and our ability to get results in the gym are being hindered with every added stress.

Throwing in another strenuous exercise only adds to the list.

So what’s the solution?

Stress Management.

Rather than pushing aside your body’s needs, it’s time to start listening. “Do more” isn’t always the answer.

In this Meetup, our panel of experts will share how you can detect stress early on, discover how you can measure and manage it to boost recovery and optimize your overall health.
