Alex is an Australian who has lived in Singapore for 25 years. As an Organisational Psychologist, she has 15+ years working with individuals and teams across Asia in an organisational context. This experience has developed her capacity to support people to effectively navigate the stress and anxiety of corporate and high-performance environments; coping with ambiguity & change, dealing with difficult relationships, self-esteem and confidence issues & life purpose and career decisions. She facilitates action through exploring clients’ emotions, cognitions and behaviours.

Alex uses an integrative approach to counselling with Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Person-Centred being her main therapeutic tools, when working with adults.  She strongly believes that people want to be the best version of themselves and that counselling can facilitate this. She is supportive and respectful,  providing a safe and non-judgemental space that helps clients investigate what is troubling them and then works collaboratively to make sense of these difficulties; providing them tools to make positive change.
