Executive, Community Education & Engagement at SAMH

At Singapore Association for Mental Health, SAMH, we improve the lives of persons with mental health issues through rehabilitation and reintegration. Our beneficiaries include youths, students and adults. We are here at every step of their recovery journey, while also providing emotional and practical support to their families and caregivers.

Community Education and Engagement (CEE) oversees mental health literacy support to the community through talks, workshops, informational/educational booths, and various sharing platforms.


• Support SAMH on all community education and engagement initiatives and activities
• Manage all incoming enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate organisation’s offering and services
• Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of programmes with corporate and community partners, ensuring high quality of service
• Assist internal trainers to develop training synopsis and materials
• Develop education collateral (brochure, presentation slides)
• Ensure databases are kept up-to-date
• Prepare and consolidate evaluation reports
• Any other duties as assigned

Skills and Experiences

Technical Competencies:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Health Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience

Core Competencies:

• Excellent organisational and presentation skills, with a flair for writing and attention to detail
• Good team player and able to work well independently

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge in design/graphic an advantage
