Admin

  • To book rooms for psychodrama events to be held, check with Front Desk to ensure there are no clashes or double-bookings.
  • To register clients and collect payment for sessions, ensuring proper accounting procedures are followed.
  • To assist with physical setup before psychodrama sessions, including preparing any needed materials.
  • Managing and answering emails.
  • Communicating with Psychodrama participants/trainees.

Planning

  • To assist in planning the yearly psychodrama calendar, including producing revenue projections for any new event series or trainings
  • Assist the psychodrama department head with planning & producing content for marketing-related campaigns.
  • To assist the psychodrama Director with any other miscellaneous tasks as needed and directed.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Canva & Google suite

Salary: $15/hr for a minimum of 10 hours per week to a maximum of  20 hours per week.
