To design, implement, monitor and evaluate programs delivered for elderly who attend the Shan You Wellness Community to engage in lifestyle activities that enhance, psycho-social health. To increase knowledge and skills to improve the self-management of elderly. To improve the quality of life by improving mental and physical health and greater control over their daily functioning.
• Design, implement, monitor and evaluate programs for the elderly aligned with centre direction
• Work effective with the team and program coordinator to ensure effective delivery of programs
• Address and manage applications for food rations and supplies
• Keep proper records and provide timely records and updates to management
• Provide updates on stock inventory and track distribution of supplies, proper record of stock inventory and track distribution of supplies
• Source for sponsorship and donation (cash/in-kind) to meet the supplies required by clients
• Manage and engage volunteers
• Deliver administrative support and marketing for Professional Training Programs
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Skills and Experiences

Candidate Requirements

Technical Competencies:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in non-profit organisation
Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Able to converse in dialects
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willing to work on Saturdays

Core Competencies:
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Good team player
Interested in working with adults and elderly, with mental and/or physical health conditions
Able to work independently

Preferred achievements / characteristics:
Past employment experience with seniors/eldercare related service
Designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programs
