Role:

• Providing quality care and treatment for persons with various mental health issues
• Conducting assessments, diagnosis, and providing pharmacological treatments
• Prescribing medication and monitoring for side effects and medication efficacy
• Work together with our multidisciplinary care team to treat complex cases
• Collaboration with mental health professionals and organisations to improve client care
• Contribute to mental health promotion programmes and psychological duties within the organisation

Requirements:

• Registered with Singapore Medical Council as a specialist in Psychiatry
• Possesses good record in clinical excellence and commitment to medical education
• Ability to perform age-appropriate assessments on clients
• Able to interact effectively with clients of diverse educational, socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds, skill levels and value systems
• Excellent written and verbal communications, listening, and social skills
• Compassionate about helping clients and using clinically proven protocols
• Thrive in a collaborate environment and able to work together with a multi-disciplinary team to treat complex cases
