Eske tailors her therapeutic approach to meet each client’s individual needs, applying evidence based approaches, mainly Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Prior to joining Thrive Family, Eske worked in a residential rehab facility and can draw on her rich experiences in supporting clients with substance and process addictions.
Eske provides all her clients a calm, safe and non-judgemental space. Exploring their personal concerns in a collaborative manner, she embraces diversity and respects her clients’ varied values and belief systems. By clarifying their issues, exploring options, setting goals, and developing strategies and healthy coping mechanisms to overcome obstacles, she empowers her clients to improve their self-awareness and mental well-being.
