BBSc (Psychology), MSC (Third wave psychological therapies), Registered Psychologist (Spain), Full member of the Singapore Psychological Society Cristina holds a Masters of Science Degree in third wave psychological therapies from the International University of Valencia in Spain and a Bachelor of Psychology from the Complutense University in Spain. Additionally she has completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method couples Therapy. She is a member of the Spanish Association of Psychologist and a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society. She offers counselling to individual adults and couples for a broad range of issues such as behavioural problems, depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship problems. In her work with couples she also offers Marathon Counselling,  an intensive form of therapy consisting of 2 consecutive days of work with the couple and is the first in Singapore to do so. Being an expat herself, she has a deep understanding of the adjustment process and its psychological impact. MSoc Sc (Counseling), Grad Dip (Arts) Dawn is a Singaporean by birth, however as a global nomad, she has studied and worked in Osaka, Paris, New York, and Hong Kong, and as such appreciates the difficulties many people experience when moving and living abroad. Dawn earned her Master’s Degree in Counselling from the Swinburne University of Technology. She has over eight years of experience in the counselling field in Singapore. As a psychotherapist, she has a passion for working therapeutically across various ages, genders and cultures. She takes a humanistic approach and has a special interest in child and adolescent issues. Recognizing that relationship patterns both enable and limit the process of development and change, she adopts a systemic approach to working with youth and their families. For these and all of her clients, she implements a wide range of evidence-based strategies. She holds a Masters in Social Science (Counselling) from the University of South Australia, a Masters in Science in Medicine in Sexual and Reproductive Health, (Psychosexual Therapy) from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) degree from Monash University, Australia. Additionally, she has advanced training in Gottman Method Couples therapy. BSc (Hons), MSc, DClinPsy, Registered Psychologist (SIN & UK)  Dr Josephine Carlisle is a UK and Singapore registered Clinical Psychologist. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from University College London where she practiced as a Clinical Psychologist in the National Health Service before emigrating to Singapore in 2015. Josephine’s comprehensive UK training and subsequent practise afforded her experience in a variety of areas, including working with children and families affected by neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism and other learning disabilities, and working with adults providing assessment and treatment for depression, anxiety, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and bereavement issues. Natalie is a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society and a registered Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Supervisor with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). D.Psych (Clinical), BA (Hons) Psychology, Registered Psychologist (Singapore) Dr Sara Delia Menon is a clinical psychologist at Alliance Counselling who specialises in psychotherapy with adolescents, adults and couples. She works therapeutically to address mood and anxiety disturbances, traumatic stress as well as personality or behavioural problems. In addition, Sara conducts clinical and forensic psychological assessments for adults 18 years and older. Sara is registered as a Psychologist and Clinical Supervisor with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). In addition to her Doctoral level clinical psychology training, Sara has received further instruction in a number of therapeutic modalities (i.e. CBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, EFT and ACT).
