Senior Consultant Psychiatrist, Singapore General Hospital. A/Prof Leslie Lim specialises in the treatment of Depressive and Anxiety Disorders (which includes Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and Phobic Disorder). He graduated MBBS (University of Singapore), trained in Psychiatry in London (St George’s Medical School, University of London), obtained Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and was elected Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (UK). He was admitted as a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. He was visiting scholar at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre, New York, USA and at the Duke University Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, North Carolina, USA. He presently serves as council member of the College of Psychiatrists, Academy of Medicine, Singapore. His areas of specialty include child and adolescent psychiatry, forensic psychiatry and psychotherapy. Senior Consultant & Psychiatrist MBBS, MMed(Psychiatry), FAMS Dr. Lee Ee Lian graduated from Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1985. She was subsequently conferred the Master of Medicine (Psychiatry) degree in 1990, and attained her specialist accreditation in 1998. She first worked in the field of Eating Disorders in 1988 at the Gordon Hospital (Charing Cross & Westminster Psychiatry Rotation) in London, UK. Her overseas exposure extends to the University of Toronto/Toronto General Hospital (1997-1998) where she completed a Clinical Fellowship in Eating Disorders and Mood Disorders. She also completed Health Manpower Development Fellowships at Stanford University (Family-Based Treatment),UCLA (Obesity Management/Eating Disorders), and the University of Hawaii (Motivational Enhancement Therapy). . Having a special interest in Eating Disorders, Dr. Lee then founded the Eating Disorders Programme at the Singapore General Hospital (SGH), of which she was the first Director. Dr Joseph Leong Jern-Yi has been working at the Institute of Mental Health (Singapore) since 2000. After obtaining his Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practioner (CPRP) in 2004, he also did his clinical fellowship at UCLA with Distinguished Professor of Psychiatry Robert Paul Liberman in 2009. He was Deputy Chief of Community Psychiatry at the Institute of Mental Health working with Community Partners to build connections, capacity and capability. He shares his expertise in Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Recovery as an Expert Advisor to start up several Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) such Club HEAL, Caregiver Alliance, Hougang Care Center and St Andrew’s Nursing Home.
