Everyone will experience moments of disillusion, disappointment, and despair. It is important to take a pitstop and through the process of counselling, you are able to explore your concerns and develop your goals to align with your needs. We specialized in working with people going through depression/anxiety, couples issues, trauma, and adolescents’ development. The therapeutic approach mainly revolves around post-modern concepts, brief work with clients through the theories of SFBT and CTRT. Other approaches like Schema therapy, EMDR, and Erkisonian Hypnosis are used appropriately. Seeding minds are like-minded people who are trained in the helping profession, providing quality psychological consultation for consumers.
