Natalie is a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society and a registered Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Supervisor with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Natalie specialises in working across the lifespan with children, families, adolescents and adults. Her areas of interest include working with individuals with affective disorders (depression), anxiety (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, etc), self-harm, trauma, identity issues, relationship issues and personality disorders. Natalie has experience with individuals and groups within private, community and public hospital settings in Singapore. Dr. Chakrabarti is a Singapore Registered Psychologist (SRP) and an Approved Supervisor recognized by the Singapore Psychological Society. She earned her Psy.D in Clinical Psychology from the Professional School of Psychology, California, USA, after completing her M. Phil from the renowned Central Institute of Psychiatry (CIP) in India. Prior to that, she has completed her master’s in applied psychology from the University of Calcutta. Richard started his professional career as a primary school teacher: he taught all age groups from 4 to 12 years in a bilingual public primary school in Ireland. After a number of years, Richard retrained as an educational psychologist and was employed for nearly 2 decades with the Irish Ministry of Education, working with students from 3 to 19 years. He assessed and supported children and young people with, inter alia, autism spectrum disorder, developmental coordination disorder, dyslexia, ADHD, and language disorder. In addition to supporting parents and schools in meeting the needs of children with special educational needs and social, emotional, behavioural difficulties, he also worked directly with students providing short-term, solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. Richard was a senior, team-leading psychologist in Ireland and provided professional supervision to colleagues. D.Psych (Clinical), BA (Hons) Psychology, Registered Psychologist (Singapore) Dr Sara Delia Menon is a clinical psychologist at Alliance Counselling who specialises in psychotherapy with adolescents, adults and couples. She works therapeutically to address mood and anxiety disturbances, traumatic stress as well as personality or behavioural problems. In addition, Sara conducts clinical and forensic psychological assessments for adults 18 years and older. Sara is registered as a Psychologist and Clinical Supervisor with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). With well over a decade’s worth of experience in mental health, Shawn has worked in several public and private contexts in both Singapore and Australia. As a clinical psychologist, he has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of an array of psychological issues, and provides clinical supervision to psychologists and psychiatrists in various contexts. He received his specialised training whilst residing in Perth, Western Australia, and was active in the activities of the Association for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy of Western Australia and the Australian Association for Infant Mental Health Inc. Victoria holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and is certified in reality therapy. She is registered with the Singapore Psychological Society as well as the Australian Psychological Society. As a clinical psychologist her expertise are in the area of assessing, diagnosing, and providing intervention for mental health problems among children and adults. She is particularly interested in the prevention and early intervention of anxiety, depression and other mood or stress related disorders among children/adolescents, which was the focus of her dissertation. Victoria has experience working in both in- and out- patient settings with children, parents, and families dealing with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and clinical issues. In therapy Victoria draws on her training in reality therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapy, and emotion focused therapy to achieve therapeutic goals and foster resilience. Developing healthy relationships and a positive self-concept through social and emotional skills is often a key focus.

Dr Anu Dutt is a licensed psychologist (United States and Singapore). She has worked extensively for children with profound developmental disabilities that engage in severe behavioural problems. Before joining NIE, she pursued her post-doctoral fellowship at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine – Kennedy Krieger Institute and worked in the Neuro-Behavioural Inpatient Unit until July 2011. Dr. Dutt also worked as a Behaviour therapist at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Prior to her stint in the United States, she worked as a psychologist at the National Resource Centre for Inclusion in India and as a research assistant in a UNICEF funded project on providing pre-school inclusive education to marginalised children in the urban slums of Mumbai, India.
