Inna is a Special Education teacher. She holds a B.A. in Special Education from the Haifa University in Israel. Inna has been working in schools in various capacities since 1992, with emphasis on children with special needs. In Singapore, Inna has worked in a special education school, with ASD, PDD, ADHD, and Down Syndrome children. Inna has extensive experience with remedial teaching for children with learning difficulties, social skills training (individual and group), Art Therapy, and Play Therapy. Inna is highly effective in helping children open up socially as well as help them acadmically, and is loved by both children and their parents. Inna brings to Dynamics a wealth of knowledge in social emotional and behavioural issues. She is supporting parents and children ages 2 to 18 years old. Some of the areas that Inna is working on include: Social skills, behaviour management, coping skills in school and at home, parental guidance and improving self esteem. She works both with mainstream and special needs children. Languages that she speak: English, Russian and Hebrew.

Psychotherapist/Counsellor, LCSW, MSW, BSW Janice is a licensed psychotherapist in the USA. She holds a Masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania and Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Janice has more than 15 years of clinical experience. Previously, she worked in a multi-cultural counselling organisation in California as a licensed psychotherapist and registered supervisor. She counselled individuals, families, and children with different life challenges, including but not limited to depression, stress and anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment problems, PTSD, marital discord, parenting and relationship issues. In addition, she provided advanced trainings and supervision to other clinicians. After relocating from California to Asia, Janice has worked as an EAP psychotherapist, providing counseling to expats and their families dealing with various life challenges faced while being away from their home town. In addition, she has delivered numerous training programs related to work-life balance and stress management. She has provided coaching for corporate management to deal with organisational crisis. As an expat herself living in multiple countries, Janice understands the unique issues faced by expats from her professional and personal experience.
