As the pace of life quickens, pressure mounts. In these times, everyone needs help to heal, grow and find direction at different points of their lives. To meet this deepening need, WCS was established in 1991 as the Counselling Ministry arm of Wesley Methodist Church. With 1 full-time counsellor and a small group of volunteers, we began providing Christian-based counselling services to individuals, couples and families from WMC and the community. Today we are a team of 3 full-time counsellors, 1 ministry coordinator and 30 trained lay counsellors culled from different churches across Singapore. All have the desire to help clients from different faiths and walks of life to rediscover the balance in their lives.
