M Psychology (Ed & Dev) (Aus) Graduate Diploma of Education B Psychology BA (Psychology) AHPRA – Registered Psychologist, MAPS, MSPS Pamela See is a registered Educational and Developmental Psychologist with the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), AHPRA – Psychology Board of Australia and is a full member of Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). Pamela specialises in Educational and Developmental Psychology at Think Psychological Services and has extensive experience working with children with autism and other learning difficulties in Australia and Singapore. She is extensively trained in designing behavioural programs in all areas of development, education and behaviour. In addition she is certified to administer a wide range of psychometric assessments for children such as Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), Autism Diagnostic Interview (ADI-R), Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals, Stanford Binet, WISC and various other abilities tests. Pamela has worked closely with Singapore schools (local and international) and government agencies where she assessed children with learning difficulties, attention problems, language difficulties and intellectual disabilities. I’m an Accredited Play Therapist and Filial Play Coach with Play Therapy International (PTI). I strongly believes in the power of play not just in the lives of children but also in adults too. My personal experiential learning from my play therapy training further reinforces my belief in the benefits of play for every individual. Her current role at the Think Psychological Services include providing consultations and short-term therapeutic interventions to parents of children with special needs. Patsy specializes in psychological assessments and interventions for children with special needs. As an educational psychologist, Patsy sees collaborating with families as the centrepiece of a potent intervention for the children with special needs. She seeks to make the collaboration an acceptable and beneficial experience for parents through collaboratively involving them in their children’s treatment process and helping make meaning of the therapy in relation to their everyday lives. Prior to joining the Think Psychological Services, Patsy had years of experiences in both clinical and educational settings in the United States as a licensed psychologist provider. Other than working with children within schools and paediatric psychiatric care units, Patsy also had experiences working with individuals across all ages in private practices and community centres. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Siew-Win started her career with the Ministry of Education as an early pioneer with the Psychological Services Division in the mid-80s. She played a key role in leading the setup of the Learning Support (Special needs) Programme at numerous schools. After a number of years, Siew-win branched out into private practice where she setup and successfully ran Poon & Associates for 10 years. During that time, she was personally involved in managing a multi-disciplinary team to provide Occupational, Educational, Art and Speech therapy services. She also developed a more diverse client base from local and international schools in Singapore and around the region. Following her move to Shanghai as a trailing spouse, she worked within a mental health team in a well-established chain of medical clinics, dealing mainly with the expatriate population. Beyond her private practice, Siew-Win served as Clinic Director and supervised postgraduate students at James Cook University Singapore. She is also supervisor to students from the Applied Psychology Masters programme at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. M Soc Sc (Counselling) (Aus) BSc (Hons) Management (London) Priscilla Ng is a counsellor at Think Psychological Services. She holds a Masters degree in counselling and has more than 12 years experience in both private practice and school counsellor settings. Priscilla employs cognitive behavioural therapy and person-centred counselling perspectives and other integrated approaches in counselling to work with her clients to overcome their circumstances. Priscilla has significant experience in working with couples and families in areas of communication, relationship and personal issues. She also provides support to parents with difficulties and concerns about raising their children. In addition, Priscilla counsels many adolescents and adults in areas such as stress, depression, eating disorders, anxiety, anger management, coping with grief and loss. In spare time, Priscilla is a guest counsellor with a national radio program. In addition, she is also a trainer and public speaker, who conducts numerous talks, workshops for teachers, parents and students and has lectured adult candidates for Specialist Diploma in Child Psychology.
