Counselling and Care Centre (CCC) is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation dedicated in providing quality counselling and psychological counselling services, psychotherapy training and consultation to professionals in the mental health and social services. We are a Registered Society, affiliated to the National Council of Social Service and a member organisation of the Community Chest of Singapore.

At Counsellingconnectz, it’s our passion and wish to create a safe place for our clients to find autonomy, empowerment, independence, direction and balance in their lives and relationships. We are committed to every individual and couple, using a broad range of techniques. Whatever your challenge is, we are here to provide you with emotional and mental support on your journey.

We offer an integrated approach to therapy using techniques and tools tailored specifically to our clients and the issues they face. We help clients explore their feelings, beliefs and life experiences so that they can feel empowered to make healthy decisions themselves. We work with both individuals and with couples. Our services include: Alcohol Abuse Sex Addiction Anger Management Anxiety and Panic Attacks Depression Loss and Heartache Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Creative SAY! which stands for Sports, Arts and Youths, echoes our belief that youths should have a SAY! in their lives. As physical health and mental health are closely linked, this centre offers sports, outdoor and art activities to help spark conversations, promote general well-being, cultivate resilience, and prevent the onset of mental illness.

Community Resource Engagement and Support Team (CREST) is a community-based programme which aims to serve as a community safety net to reach out to older persons at risk of / with mental illness (i.e. depression / dementia), to address the gaps in the services in the community for the older person and to ensure continuum of care for the older person by supporting them in both basic social and health issues. We seek to promote early recognition of the signs and symptoms of depression and dementia, to encourage early diagnosis and intervention.
