Founded in 2004, One Hope Centre (OHC) is a non-profit social service organisation and a registered Institute of Public Character (IPC) in Singapore. We specialise in helping people affected by behavioural addictions, such as problem gambling and compulsive spending. OHC offers counselling for individuals and families, support groups and group therapy. All our help services are provided free of charge. We also conduct workshops and public seminars on addictions and related issues.  

The National Council of Social Service (NCSS) has launched a chatbot to encourage mental health sufferers to seek help. It was launched for the first time as part of its “Beyond the Label” campaign. McCann Worldgroup Singapore, which was the creative agency behind the campaign, helped to develop the Facebook Messenger chatbot named “Belle” together with AI technology partner AiChat. It connects youth, adults and seniors to mental health resources and helplines, as well as educate the public with tips on how to interact and support persons with mental health conditions.  

Bethesda CARE is a social service agency set up in 1996 to serve the community. We reach out to children, students, youths, adults, seniors and people with special needs. We place a premium on and provide ample opportunities for those with special needs to interact with people of diverse background and social standings. This leads to a broaden social circle and community acceptance forging of friendships through sharing of concerns, hopes and aspirations. We empower them by creating opportunities for them to learn or re-learn life skills. We have a team of caring staff dedicated to teaching, guiding, counselling, motivating, and fostering greater personal independence.

A Youth Mental Health Organization, that aims to promote mental health awareness and peer support among youths and young adults in the schools, workplaces and community through advocacy, training, support and volunteering to create an inclusive and supportive community for youths with mental health issues.

Hear4U is an online service set up by CARE Singapore for Singaporeans so that they have a space to seek advice and express their concerns on emotional and mental issues.
