Foundation of Rotary Clubs Singapore Family Service Centre (FRCS FSC) is a division of the Foundation of Rotary Clubs (Singapore) Ltd and it has been established since 1997. The Foundation of Rotary Clubs (Singapore) Ltd is part of Rotary International which is the world’s first service club organization. At FRCS FSC, we have a team of dedicated professionals who are trained and qualified to support individuals and families in need in Clementi and West Coast. We work with persons to look into ways of managing their social and emotional difficulties, while strengthening their relationships and enhancing their ability to become more resilient. We believe in upholding the dignity of persons that we serve and as our motto says, “Service Above Self”.
