Clinical Psychologist working with adolescents and adults. PhD in Clinical Psychology, Master of Clinical Psychology, Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Dr Soon Siew Peng graduated from her bachelor, master, and doctorate degrees from The University of Melbourne, under an Australian government postgraduate scholarship. She is a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), and a registered Clinical Psychologist and board-approved supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA). Siew has had a decade of experience in psychology, across both private and public sectors. She started her career in Australia, with her PhD research and clinical practice focused on eating disorders and body image. For five years, she worked as a clinician and program manager of an eating disorder ward at The Geelong Clinic, a psychiatric hospital near Melbourne. She provided individual and group therapy. After relocating to Singapore in 2016, Siew was a Senior Clinical Psychologist at Changi General Hospital. Senior Consultant Psychiatrist MMED (Psych), MBBS Dr Terence Leong is a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist who specialises in general adult psychiatry and medical psychiatry, and is respected in the field of forensic psychiatry. Dr Leong has occupied multiple key roles at the National University Health System, which oversees several hospitals, national speciality centres, and polyclinics. In addition, he was also appointed to be a senior lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.

Profile Yvonne was trained as an educator and taught for a number of years before joining MOE as a Guidance Officer. In her work as a Guidance Officer, she played a key role in pioneering the development of the MOE’s Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Framework for schools. Yvonne also reviewed and enhanced the professional development programmes for teachers in areas pertaining to career guidance and psychological well-being. Dr. Scott is a consulting clinical psychologist in private practice. He holds a Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Windsor, Canada and is registered as a clinical psychologist in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Ontario, Canada. From 1991 to 1996, Dr. Scott was a lecturer in the Department of Psychology, University of Hong Kong, and is past President of the Hong Kong Psychological Society.
