There are different reasons why people see a Therapist. You may have been advised by your doctor to seek help. You may be trying to cope with a particularly difficult period in your life, or maybe experiencing similar problems recurring throughout your life and relationships. You may be trying to recover from symptoms of depression or anxiety, or trying to make sense of stress in your relationships or workplace. Whatever the reason, remember that you are not alone in your troubles. Allow us the opportunity to know you and understand you.

mindline.sg is a digital stress management platform that aims to empower and equip individuals with tools, knowledge and pathways to self-care and seek out professional help when needed. As an anonymous platform, one of the goals is to destigmatise mental health by creating a safe space for individuals to gain awareness of their state of wellbeing and take active steps towards building good mental health. Another outcome is to promote help-seeking behaviour by creating convenience with which individuals are able to access self-help therapy and get directed to relevant help agencies based on their needs. One key feature is a clinically validated self-assessment tool that provides users with a set of recommended actions to take (e.g. call a helpline or do a deep breathing exercise) based on their assessed level of stress and anxiety. Another feature provides individuals with an ability to chat with Wysa, an emotionally intelligent AI chatbot, and be prompted with suitable self-care exercises to complete based on the detected state of emotional wellbeing through the conversation. With the support of our public health agencies and sector partners, mindline.sg pools together an ecosystem of localised mental health resources within the community and makes it easily accessible to the […]

The Ministry of Health in Singapore plays a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of its citizens by offering a comprehensive list of healthcare subsidies. These subsidies aim to alleviate the financial burden on Singaporeans seeking medical assistance. However, to access these subsidies, individuals must undergo means testing, a process designed to assess their financial eligibility. This mechanism ensures that the subsidies are directed towards those who truly need them, fostering a fair and equitable healthcare system in the nation.
