G-RACE is an outreach service to provide psychiatric assessment and treatment for elderly, with mental health conditions, living in the western region of Singapore. We are a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals comprising Psychogeriatricians, Case Managers (nursing-trained), Occupational Therapists and Psychologists.

Mental Health GP Partnership Programme (MHGPP) The Mental Health General Practitioner (GP) Partnership programme is a national initiative by MOH and AIC to strengthen and improve access to mental health services in Primary Care Aims Provide holistic and accesible care for patients with physical and/or mental conditions Encourage patients with mental health needs to seek early treatment from you as a family doctor Support for GPs in the programme To ensure quality clinical care in the community, you will be supported with: Psychiatric drugs at a lower cost Community mental health services, such as case management and counselling Direct access to specialist(s) assigned by Restructured Hospitals (RHs) to assist you with clinical consults Access to subsidies for mental health conditions under CHAS and CDMP A liaison coordinator will facilitate your patients’ referrals between the clinic, hospital and community support services CME talks and case discussion platforms are also regularly organised to enhance your competencies in the lastest treatment modalities of mental health care

Working with families in order to guide a child to reach his fullest potential has been a long held belief of mine. Children’s Partnership was set up in 2005 with the intent of working together with families. Over the years, it has been a privilege to work with each and every family as we work towards guiding each child in their journey through life. I have also been blessed with a team of incredibly talented and dedicated consultants who are passionate about the work they do with the families. From a professional standpoint, I graduated from Murdoch University with a degree in Psychology. I worked in a special school, where I got to learn about the gifts of each child I taught as I guided them through dance, swimming and job placements, in addition to the day to day academics. During this time, I earned master’s degree in Applied Psychology and started a new phase in my work life where I was involved in the assessment and diagnosis of children at a local hospital. Psychoanalyst/Psychologist, MA (Psych), BSc (Psych), MSPS Gisela Guttmann is a registered Psychologist in Australia and Singapore. She holds a Masters Degree in Psychoanalytic Theory from The University of Kent, United Kingdom as well as a Bachelor of Psychology and Clinical Psychologist Degree (UFRJ). Gisela has 23 years of clinical experience and has worked in Brazil, Australia and Singapore. Previously, she worked as a counselling team leader and clinical supervisor for a youth organization in Sydney, Australia as well as a Psychologist Consultant for The Transcultural Mental Health (NSW). Gisela has been working as a Clinical Psychologist in the private sector in Singapore since 2008 and has joined Alliance in 2010. Her clinical approach is Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic-oriented, however she also provides consultations and brief psychotherapy. She has vast experience working with young people from multi -cultural backgrounds, adults and children. Her particular interests include cross cultural psychology, “Third Culture kids”, relationship issues and resilience among others. Gisela also has extensive experience providing mental health support to high achieving individuals. Grace Lodge was set up by late Venerable Yen Pei in January 1985 and officially opened on 16th March 1986 by the late Mr. Ong Teng Cheong, the Second Prime Minister then. We are a voluntary and charitable home. We provide nursing care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care services with residential facilities. It is our mission and vision to provide shelter and care for needy elderly, regardless of race or religion. Most of the elderly has nobody to look after them and are unable to care for themselves. Growth Circles A support group that provides psychological safety for participants to improve their mental well-being and people skills, and in the course of it, boost their self-care, relationships and career prospects. Growth Facilitator Training A four-day training programme that equips learners with facilitation techniques borrowing from coaching, peer support, psychological first aid, and other people-centric skills; to facilitate Growth Circles and be well-being advocates for their communities.
